XS-4 Business Audio requires an active internet connection to stream. In the event of a brief outage, the player will pause and resume automatically when the connection is restored. For locations with unreliable internet, we recommend a 4G backup router as a failover solution.

Yes — XS-4 Business Audio includes a dedicated Christmas channel with 135 original festive tracks. All Christmas music is original and royalty-free — no PRO fees apply. At this time XS-4 Business Audio offers curated channels rather than custom playlists. Each channel contains hundreds of carefully selected tracks that shuffle automatically, ensuring a varied and consistent atmosphere throughout the day. Custom playlist functionality may be introduced in a future update.

New tracks are added to the library regularly. MF Records has been producing original music since 1999 and continues to release new material. All new tracks are automatically available to subscribers at no additional cost.

No performing rights fees apply — anywhere in the world. Every track in the XS-4 library is an original composition produced and owned 100% by Soultymedia SL / MF Records. There are no third-party rights holders, co-writers or publishers involved. This means SGAE, PRS, ASCAP, BMI, GEMA, BUMA/STEMRA and all equivalent organisations have no claim on this music. Your subscription is all you need.

Every invoice issued by Soultymedia SL includes a formal Streaming Licence Confirmation — a legal declaration confirming your royalty-free licence, the number of locations covered, and that no performing rights fees apply worldwide. This document is fully valid and can be presented to any performing rights organisation or authority upon inspection. Keep a copy on your premises.

Show them your most recent XS-4 Business Audio invoice. The licence confirmation printed on every invoice explicitly states that all music is produced and owned by Soultymedia SL, that no third-party performing rights apply, and that no SGAE, PRS, ASCAP or equivalent fees are owed. This is legally sufficient documentation in any country worldwide.

Your licence covers the number of locations specified in your subscription plan. Single plans cover 1 location, with options up to 10 locations available at xs-4.com/subscribe. For chains with more than 10 locations please contact us for a custom Enterprise quote. Using a subscription across more locations than specified is a breach of the licence terms.

The XS-4 Business Audio subscription covers background music streaming in commercial premises only. Use of the music in video productions, advertising, social media content, broadcast or any audiovisual context requires a separate synchronisation licence. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We offer flexible plans for every business size. All plans include access to all 10 channels and 3250+ tracks.

Yes — the Single plan includes a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial. No charge is made during the trial period. After 7 days your subscription begins automatically at the regular monthly rate. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends.

To upgrade your plan please contact us at rfm@xs-4.com and we will arrange the upgrade for you. For chains with more than 10 locations a custom Enterprise plan is available with a single invoice to your head office.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard at xs-4.com/account. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans are billed annually — we do not offer partial refunds but you can choose not to renew at the end of the year.

Yes — monthly subscribers can pause their subscription from their account dashboard. This is useful for seasonal businesses that close for a period. During the pause period no charges are made and access to the service is suspended. You can resume at any time.

Invoices are sent automatically by email after each payment. Each invoice includes the Streaming Licence Confirmation. You can also access your billing history and download invoices from your account dashboard at xs-4.com/account.

You can log in at xs-4.com/login to access both your music and your account settings. To go directly to the music player without seeing account information, use the dedicated login at xs-4.com/login — ideal for sharing with staff.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page at xs-4.com/login and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Yes — your login credentials can be shared with all staff members and store locations covered by your subscription. Share the login link with your team — they will be taken directly to the music player after logging in, without seeing any account or billing information.
