1. About XS-4 Business Audio

XS-4 Business Audio is a royalty-free music streaming service operated by Soultymedia SL (CIF: B55158372), a company registered in Spain. All music in the XS-4 library has been produced exclusively by Soultymedia SL under the MF Records label since 1999. By subscribing to our service you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. The Service

XS-4 Business Audio provides access to a library of over 3250 original royalty-free music tracks organised into curated channels, available for streaming in commercial business environments. The service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly or yearly billing.

Access to the full music library is granted upon successful payment and remains active for the duration of your subscription. A 3-track demo is available free of charge without registration.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or yearly — depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal.

• All prices are shown in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes
• IVA (Spanish VAT) at 21% applies to customers in Spain
• EU customers outside Spain may be subject to their local VAT rate
• Prices may be updated with 30 days advance notice by email

4. Royalty-Free Licence

An active subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide royalty-free licence to stream XS-4 Business Audio content as background music in your business premises for the number of locations specified in your subscription plan.

Because all music is exclusively owned by Soultymedia SL, no performing rights fees apply — including ASCAP, BMI, SGAE, PRS, BUMA/STEMRA, GEMA or any equivalent organisation worldwide. Your invoice serves as official proof of this licence.

This licence does not grant the right to:

• Download, copy or redistribute the music files
• Use the music in audiovisual productions, advertising or broadcast
• Sublicense or resell access to the service
• Use the music beyond the number of locations specified in your plan

5. Fair Use — Multi-Location Subscriptions

Multi-location subscription plans grant streaming rights for the number of stores or locations specified at the time of purchase. Using a subscription across a greater number of locations than specified constitutes a breach of these Terms. Soultymedia SL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this fair use policy.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation your access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans.

Yearly subscriptions are billed annually. We do not offer refunds on yearly subscriptions after the billing date. You may choose not to renew at the end of the yearly period.

In the event of a technical failure on our side that renders the service completely inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours, a pro-rated credit may be issued at our discretion.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with persons or organisations outside of your subscribed locations. Soultymedia SL is not liable for any unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the XS-4 Business Audio service. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All music tracks, channel names, branding and content on xs-4.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Soultymedia SL. No content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced or used outside the scope of your subscription licence without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soultymedia SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

Soultymedia SL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Girona, Spain.
